ABOUT VINOD ARAVINDAKSHAN
I am a Teaching Professor at IIT Palakkad and the founder of a non-profit startup, Careerbolt.app- In my role, I work as an advisor to the career development centers at close to a dozen IITs, connected with tens of thousands of students and personally mentored around five hundred students in the last two years- I am offering the only free course in the world on getting job ready - https://onlinecourses.nptel.ac.in/noc25_hs85/preview. No university will teach you how to find a job.Most importantly, I am writing English commentaries to three illustrious books - The Upanishads, The Gita and The Brahmasutras- The commentaries (Bhashyas) are from their original Sanskrit and from Advaita (non-dual), Vishista Advaita and Dvaita (dualistic) perspectives- This should ensure that the oldest and greatest works of Eastern philosophy are not lost to the vagaries of the modern age. The first work is part of my Karma Yoga and my second work is part of my Bhakti Yoga. I am also pursuing Gyana and Dhyana Yoga separately.
