Eventually it went to become a full-fledged event management company specializing in corporate events, political meetings and social gatherings. Key Deliverables• To plan all types of corporate events, such as corporate meetings, conferences & travel.• Manage complete event from pre-planning to execution of the event.• Managed a team of event organizers, planners, and hire unskilled labour on a contract basis to ensure smooth execution of any given event.• To successfully outsource work that didn’t fall under the realm of activities of the company and ensure the best quality and customer satisfaction from the outsourced work.
