Cad Support to Various Tailgate projects. • Checking input style for various aspects – manufacturing feasibility, norms and regulations, Assembly feasibility, gap and flush requirements, Painting, graining etc • Developing CAD data as per PO standards and all design aspects • Implementing feedbacks from customer, providing proposals • Daily interacting with design leader for work status, open points, issues, proposals • Defining fixation strategy, locating of bumper parts within bumper product and with environment • Implementing different feedbacks like toolmaker, mold flow, etc • Following organizational standards and ensuring the same from team members. • Ensuring CAD data delivery on time with good quality. • Mentoring new joiners, Junior members for tool skills, product knowledge • Checking toolmaker feedbacks and implementing possible changes in CAD. • Using 3Dx for Data management for Specific OEM • Implement 3D PMI Annotations.
