This milestone stands as a testament to my ability to manage large-scale projects while driving financial success.• Prayagraj Airport: Led the construction of a fully operational airport in just 11 months, enabling the smooth organization of the Kumbh Mela and providing critical logistical support to international tourists as well as decongesting local transport.• Solar Power Plants: Orchestrated the successful delivery of over 100 MW of solar energy projects, including ground-mounted and rooftop plants, with a standout achievement being the 50 MW Renew Solar Plant near Chambal, which was completed under difficult circumstances.• International Projects: Spearheaded major international projects such as the Mall of Oman and ROP Housing, managing schedules and ensuring on-time delivery under tight constraints. A key highlight is the successful completion of a hospital building in Salalah within just 10 months.• Client Relationship Management: As the primary point of contact for local and global clients, I have demonstrated exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring seamless project execution and fostering strong, enduring client relationships.• Business Strategy & Financial Management: Played a key role in driving business growth by formulating and implementing strategic plans, tracking key financial metrics, and ensuring profitability.
