   Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for developing, testing, and delivering dynamic Operator Training Simulators (OTS).• Plan and execute OTS projects from concept to delivery, including project scoping, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.• Work closely with process, control, and safety teams to ensure simulator models accurately reflect plant behavior.• Provide technical guidance on steady-state and dynamic simulation using platforms like Aspen HYSYS Dynamics, Honeywell UniSim, Emerson DeltaV, Yokogawa OmegaLand, or equivalent.• Review and validate simulation models (dynamic behavior, control logic, start-up/shutdown procedures).• Manage client communications, including technical discussions, project updates, reviews, and issue resolutions.• Ensure team adherence to project standards, documentation, quality control, and compliance requirements.• Support and improve internal best practices for model building, testing, and operator scenario development.• Provide training and mentoring to junior simulation engineers.• Coordinate factory and site acceptance testing (FAT/SAT) and post-deployment support.
