To provide cost overview during design stage to reduce cost impact & increase Profit Margin.* Support & Coordination with Contracts & Site Team while on boarding & termination of Contractor to record JMR, Preparation of work done BOQ as per Tender/Drawing, Checking Abstract as per executed work * Support Site Execution Team - approvals, material constant finalization, work flow, documentation, reconciliation, claim, approvals, indent.* Reporting to the Top Management - a) Built-up Area, Project Efficiency, Feasibility of the Project, Design Efficiency using specifications, Material Constants. b) Activity wise Rate/Sft, Project Rate/Sft, Historical Data Comparison, Major Design Impact or change. c) Presentation of clear impact again current market rate due to Quantity, Drawing, Specification, Design, Contracting Strategy, Schedule. d) Change Order / Cost Impact Presentation & Approvals.
