Vinod serves as the General Counsel at Gloplax and is a seasoned legal and management professional with over two decades of experience dealing with financial services, technology products and other service-based industries. He essayed multiple leadership roles at Wells Fargo Enterprise Global Services. He was a Senior Vice President leading a variety of corporate functions like Legal, Compliance, Operational Excellence and Corporate Properties, across India and the Philippines during his 14 year stint. In addition, he was responsible for growing and managing the center at Chennai as the site leader, which grew from double digits to be a member team in a very short span of time. Vinod has extensive experience and exposure in all facets of corporate, contract and labour laws in India, including intellectual property, especially around patents. He has led major engagements with government bodies, real estate developers, third party service providers, OEM’s, among others.Vinod has also front-ended internal and external audits along with exams conducted by regulators across various countries.Vinod is passionate about people development, innovation and team member experience, apart from being very actively involved in causes relating to Diversity & Inclusion at the workplace.
