Sr Program Manager for Loss Prevention, Amazon Transportation Services, leading the Transportation Security for India• Built a proprietary Highway Security Model for high risk corridor i.e, SSTP - Secure Surface Transportation Program, securing kms of Highways. Zero thefts reported in secured corridor with 30 mins Quick Reaction teams for accidents and incidents. • Procured India first TAPA TSR certification for ATS. TAPA TSR is a Global Security Accrediation, and Amazon India is the first & only Indian company with this certification (2020 standards).• Overhauled Trucking Security System (TSS) for Amazon by onboarding deep-tech startups like iKin Technologies & GTrac, and redefining the carrier -service model.• Custom-built and deployed reusable seals called iSeal for Amazon trucks, partnering with iKin Technologies. This helped reduced boltseal OPEX by 25% and stop plastic waste generation.• Scaled TSS (trucking security) coverage to trending ~99.5%, effectively securing all Amazon leased trucks with technology backed security solutions.• Built the Rail Security Model for Amazon INRail. Amazon started shipping products through Indian Railways since 2021. This model covers intransit security at pivotal points like Rail Yard and VPU (Van Parcel Unit).• Built the Insurance recovery process for Amazon Transportation Services, recovering INR 250 MM (USD 3 Million) since 2021.• Reduced thefts in Amazon logistics network by 70% through projects like iTSS, SSTP, iSeal etc (elaborated above).• Reduced Intransit Losses by 36.5% from 2021 till 2023. These losses were contributed due to thefts, process leakages, damages.
