Role & Responsibilities- Estimate the budget for project inspections- Lead the management and reporting of project inspections to the project team- Review purchase order requisitions to determine the scope and extent of inspections- Evaluate supplier inspection test plans and quality test procedures- Coordinate, plan, and schedule inspection visits in accordance with the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and the contractor\'s latest notification for inspection procedures- Assign internal or external inspectors and engineers to carry out inspection visits- Ensure the timely receipt, review, and approval of inspection reports and punch lists- Coordinate follow-up actions based on inspector reports, including addressing punch items and conducting re-inspections- Review and approve Inspection Release Notes- Align and consolidate the overall punch list, incorporating all outstanding items from auxiliary equipment orders, in collaboration with the site and vendors- Developed project inspection dashboards and non-conformance report (NCR) dashboards in Excel.
