I take crisis as a learning opportunity. Due to my transferable skill & adaptable nature always find myself fit for working under stressful condition and perform best. Have done my MBA from FMS, Banaras Hindu University Varanasi in 1998 and started my career with India Book House (IBH) Mumbai as a Management Trainee, I have excel in my career and successfully accomplished projects like saturation drive for TIME, The Economist Outlook Magazines. Executed the pre launched Sales & Distribution plan for Overdrive and Autocar India launch. Being with Autocar, widen the market from conventional to non conventional outlets. In the span of 21 years of my career I have build up best network and relations in the industry, also got an opportunity to interact with management students as Guest Lecturer with premium institutes. When took up my last assignment with Outlook Group, at that time print media has started turning up to unpredictable mode and I took this assignment as a challenge and justified my decision and role by keeping sales & circulation of Outlook Group products at best level and satisfied our readers by reaching them with right product at right time.
