Led the end-to-end development of individual real-time Company Master and LER dashboards in Power BI using direct query connections, enhancing data accuracy and real-time accessibility. Replaced scheduled refresh cycles with on-demand manual refresh, enabling users to instantly retrieve the most current data and reducing reporting delays.• Developed the Sensei UMS Dashboard in Power BI by connecting data via API keys, performing data analysis and data cleaning, and creating advanced visualizations using DAX functions, measures, and custom columns. The project involved comparing two large datasets (Sensei and Semarchy) to identify matched and unmatched records, while excluding intercompany clients from both datasets to ensure data accuracy. Additionally, implemented drill-through functionality and page navigation to enhance user interactivity and dashboard usability.• Developed individual Power BI dashboards to validate data consistency by comparing the Company Master dataset with GEMS, Workday, and Salesforce systems. Utilized record merging based on matching attributes to identify and resolve data mismatches across sources.• Designed integration validation dashboards in Power BI to compare current and historical attribute values, enabling effective tracking of data changes across systems.
