As a seasoned VFX professional, I have dedicated my career to pushing the boundaries of visual effects and creative storytelling. Currently, I\'m serving as the VFX Supervisor at Toolbox Vfx Studio, leading Roto, Paint, Match Move, and Compositing departments. In this role, I manage projects, ensure top-notch quality, and foster collaboration with international clients, all while mentoring and upskilling the talented VFX team. Prior to this, I was Studio Head & Technical Supervisor at Rotomaker and Pixel Studio, where I oversaw the Pune studio, supervised feature paint and roto work, and played a pivotal role in training and planning for our creative team. My experience extends to my role as Creative Head for VFX at SM Rolling FX, and my time as a VFX Supervisor at Rotomaker and Pixel Film Studio. During these positions, I honed my skills in project bidding, quality control, and team management. My journey in the world of VFX began at Prime Focus Creative Services, where I worked as a VFX Comp Artist, Paint Artist, and Roto Artist, later progressing to a supervisory role. I also have a background as a Graphic Designer, and I hold a B.A. in Economics from Maac Animation Institute, Pune. My diverse skill set includes VFX paint, compositing, stereo compositing, rotoscope, tracking, and graphic design. I\'m proficient in software such as Nuke, InDesign, Eyeon Fusion, Silhouette, 3D Equalizer, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office. I\'m passionate about enhancing visual storytelling and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
