I have rich experience in operation and technical service implementation of petrochemical plants along with hands-on working in Manufacturing process implementation (Operator Driven Reliability, Honeywell Movilizer, SAP based PTW etc.), Strategy and Planning and monthly plant variance (Raw Material Net of Byproduct, Product and Utilities) reports review. I have experience in petrochemicals industry with specialization in Plant Operations, troubleshooting of various equipment used in petrochemical industries, Energy Optimization, Identifying & analyzing deviations, Annual Budgeting exercise, adequate knowledge of PFDs/P & IDs etc. Experienced Technologist with a demonstrated history of working in Petrochemical Industry. Attended “Reliance Certified Chemical Engineer” program focused on BEPs preparation of common equipment used in petrochemical industry. Have hands-on working experience in simulation tools like Aspen plus and HTRI.I have lead Pre-commissioning & Commissioning of LAB, NP and SO plant and lead major turnaround of LAB & NP plant as operation turnaround planner.I have lead major incident investigation (Product Quality offspec, exchanger tube rupture etc.) and process hazard analysis for fired heaters.Experienced in SAP (Purchase Requisition Creation, Process Order Management, Work Order Management, Incident Management, Work Permit Management, Material Code Creation etc.)
