Ensuring all compliance - Direct & Indirect (TDS, TCS and GST) Prepare regular and accurate financial reports/MIS Prepare risk matrix report to mitigate all the risk and area where we need take corrective action Perform strategic deployment on target accounts for AR cleanup and recovery efforts daily/ weekly/ monthly cash flow, Projections, variance analyses asper budgetary compliance Review on inventory at partner and analysis the risk against the security provided General Ledger Management Review existing customer credit limits in line with policy requirements, credit hold in line policy requirements and risk assessment Implementation of effective financial management systems to improve financial controls & financial discipline and reduction of cost Presenting financial performance on operation in MBR and QBR. Organize records of invoices, bills and deposits and ensure seamless audit of books, both internal and statutory. Partner management in terms of overall SLA in terms of financial and operational and resolution of any dispute. Monitoring business performance and sharing sharp insights on various business issues on a regular basis. Regular presentation during partner event related to Finance. Manage Accounts payable and make sure partner compliance with GST Act for easy reconciliation of GSTRN2A.
