As VP for Global Delivery, I draw upon my 20 years’ of experience in operating across the BPO sector, both B2B and B2C – collaborating with a wide range of businesses, predominantly in the IT industry, inclusive of of FTSE 100 companies through to SME organisations. Zealous about creating and leading scalable, Sales and Customer Success organisations, that are compatible to ever demanding and changing IT industry. Having operated within this arena in the roles of: VP of Operations (UK & I), Business Improvement Director & Operations and Business Transformation Director, I understand the challenges and nuances when delivering in this complex space. As such, I hold intricate and acute expertise that enables the proficient execution of key deliverables and programmes of work. Combining operational delivery responsibility, P&L ownership and commercial acumen, I work to meet the needs of businesses through key decision-making, operational decisiveness, change management and contract negotiations.
