With a global career spanning more than 20 years, I’ve worked with over 100 teams, leaders, and individuals globally in the Product, Delivery and Transformation space in IT, HR, Marketing, Finance and Legal. My work has helped companies save money, reduce cycle and lead times, eliminate waste, introduce AI and increase efficiency. By focusing on value, enhancing communication, and boosting engagement, I’ve contributed to real culture shifts. I make this happen by helping product and delivery leaders overcome challenges that impact team performance, delivery speed, and product success. By applying systems thinking, team dynamics expertise, and agile principles and practices, I work with leaders from aligning outcomes to ensuring sustainable results.I’ve worked across the globe in sectors like mining, engineering, retail, education, automotive, security, government, energy, oil and gas and financial services. I’ve led in areas of Project Management, IT, HR, Contracts, Portfolio and Strategy, as well as collaborating with start-ups to help them grow. As a Chartered Fellow of the MCIPD, I’ve championed the development of people and teams, empowering them to excel.In the agile community, I contribute to initiatives and sharing my knowledge as a member of the International Consortium for Agile. As an ICAgile Authorised Instructor, I’ve taught hundreds of professionals in ICP Leading with Agility and Agility in Human Resources. In addition to this, I have written practical and relevant learning materials and trained over 800 professionals to date. As an international speaker, I’ve delivered actionable agile insights in an interactive, storytelling format, always with a touch of humour to keep things engaging!I have lived and worked in Europe, Asia and Australia throughout my career and experienced in cross cultural management.
