ABOUT VINNIE CASANOVA

I bring over 15 years of experience managing projects from start to finish, mentoring and coaching others, and facilitating trainings and learning spaces. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with, and learning from, people from diverse backgrounds and experiences. These relationships have enriched me personally and professionally.As a brown-skinned, able-bodied, cis male, Mexican American, I carry my story into every space I enter, including my work. As a systems thinker, success isn’t just about completing the work—it’s about how the work gets done. This is why I’m passionate about designing processes that advance the work and create environments where people can bring their full selves. I strive to foster inclusion and collaboration by sharing power, listening deeply, asking thoughtful questions, and challenging the status quo. Life is short, which is why I’m committed to do work that has a positive impact now and for future generations. Outside of work, I’m an avid runner, reader, and writer.
