Oversee approximately parking stalls for a parking operation that consists of public/employeeparking facilities including a parking structure, various short/long term surface lots, a valet operation, atrain station lot, and an employee/customer courtesy shuttle operation.• Oversee the management of commercial ground transportation functions, including contracts andoperators.• Develops and implements parking policies and procedures that impact Airport customers and employees.• Manage the employee parking program which includes collecting applications, assigning hang tagpermits, submitting monthly invoices, hang tag reconciliation and enforcement of the employee lots.• Prepare and proactively manage a $35M revenue budget and $6M expense budget for parking andground transportation, including actively monitoring revenues and expenses, identifyingoperating/capital project needs, ensure expenses and revenues reach budgeted amounts, evaluatebudget performance, and provide comprehensive budget projections monthly.• Proactively manage physical condition and maintenance of all parking facilities, staying current withapplicable studies and industry best practices. Participate in development of work scopes for projectsrelated to or impacting parking facilities and terminal roadway. Evaluate various roadway construction and parking structure projects foreffects on safe and efficient operations and flow of customers, tenants, and concessionaires. Establishmethods to ensure safety of patrons and employees will not be compromised during these activities.Participate/coordinate projects before, during, and after commencement.• Collaborate with marketing team in developing initiatives that promote on-Airport guest parking andelevating the on-Airport parking experience.• Develop operational plans for special events like Honor Flight, DNC/RNC, Ryder Cup and other majorevents that increase customer traffic through the Airport.
