Over 20 years working in software development and enterprise platforms, much of that time focused on designing, building, and evolving Salesforce-based systems in complex, real-world environments.I’m a Salesforce Application & System Architect (17x certified), with hands-on experience across multiple Salesforce clouds and long-running transformation programs. My work has spanned regulated and high-scale domains including Financial Services, Healthcare, Legal, and Telecom, with engagements such as IDFC Bank, where architectural decisions must carefully balance scalability, compliance, security, and long-term sustainability.Over the years, I’ve come to appreciate that good architecture is rarely about tools alone. It’s about making thoughtful decisions early, understanding trade-offs, and building systems that teams can realistically operate and evolve over time.
