ABOUT VINITA BHATT
As a highly motivated and academically accomplished individual, I am committed to pursuing a career in Human Resources Management. I have a strong background in customer service, team support, and waste management. My experience as a Human Resources Assistant at the Alexis Foundation allowed me to onboard and train Campus Ambassadors under the Alexis Foundation - Campus Ambassador Program, and facilitate a smooth transition to the foundation by constructing a customized handbook for the program.In addition to my professional experience, I am also passionate about reading and lifelong learning. As a recipient of 3 scholarship awards for securing the highest aggregate marks in Psychology major at Mumbai University, I have honed my critical thinking skills and developed a deep appreciation for the complexities of human behaviour. My love for reading and exploring new ideas has enabled me to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments and has helped me develop a broad perspective on various issues.I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead and am eager to leverage my skills, experience, and passion to make a positive impact in the field of Human Resources Management.
