About Vinita Sivaramakrishnan
I spent the first few years of my career working in the field of analytics. Gaining exposure to credit card analytics along with retail and web analytics made me comfortable handling data and working with numbers. With the startup space booming in India, I wanted to jump on the bandwagon too and took a shot at doing some business development as well as analytics work for a couple of startups. Both these aspects of my career got me introduced to the world of Customer Success. I love working closely with customers, understanding their Product/Solution pain points, and solving for them. I flexed this muscle by working as a CSM for customers in the retail space and also helping organisations hire better through LinkedIn. Life has now come a full circle where I’ve moved back to the space of analytics managing the India Talent Solutions Insights team.
