Responsible for all day to day operations of Linear Logic. This includes the voice and Data Communication of the company. Linear Logic also has two sister companies named Pioneer Plastics and Sistar Mortgage. I was also responsible for setting up the business plan for properly managed growth of Sistar Mortgage. Since 2004, Sistar Mortgage has grown from $60million in Loans to more than $300 million in loans. Company now employs about 100 people. Pioneer Plastics has also been placed on a growth path.Responsibilities as COO of Linear Logic included running the operations for its sister companies as well. It also included setting up IT strategy for both of these companies. Mortgage company has been set up for transparent virtual operation. It has several offices in different states and no. of loan officers who are mobile all the time. Virtual systems were designed to keep data security along with ease of system use.Along with running in-house operations, I was also responsible for presale analysis and management of large scale customer projects.
