302 Musahar families of Varanasi are being provided employment through the CSR fund of Northern Coalfield Limited. Hope welfare Trust and the Government of Uttar Pradesh are also contributing to this initiative. Through this collaboration, an effort is being made to economically empower the families of the Musahar community and raise their standard of living. This initiative is an important step towards promoting social inclusion and economic development. This will not only increase employment opportunities, but will also improve the socio-economic condition of the community. This project is a good example of cooperation between the government and the private sector.
