Working experience of installation, start-up, commisioning and maintenance of various process and utility rotating-fixed equipments at large scale chemical and petrochemical industries.Execute projects of chemical and petrochemical manufacturing plant like Operation plant, Multi effective evaporator, Effluent treatment plant, Underground Solvent storage yard, Fire hydrant system, Hot water system, Vacuum ejector system, Chilled water system, Air handling unit and utility pipelines and structural steel rack installation.Knowledge of ANSI- ASME piping codes and standards for correct material selection as per chemical composition.Maintain and prepare accurate records, documentations, Spares inventory of projects and maintenance activities.Ability to review Engineering drawings and specifications, PFD, Documents and perform Root Cause Analysis and CAPA, Predictive maintenance, Vibration analysis, Reliability centered maintenance techniques.Aware and safety conscious with knowledge of industrial safety rules and regulations and best practices.Outstanding trouble shooting and problem solving skills, Able to communication with managers/ engineers, clients, vendors, contractors and cross functional teams.Self motivated, team player, quick learner and adapt to new technologies.
