Facilitate all aspects of project management for assigned proposal efforts including initial RFP review/analysis, template creation, task assignment, kick-off/status calls, scheduling, input review/consolidation, delivery of craft responses to various RFP sections utilizing existing narrative, customizing existing narrative, and creating new content• Managed the proposal development process to drive the proposal response with various teams such as content contributors, writers, SMEs, and reviewers • Create the Executive Summary and proposal template with the required format mentioned in RFXs considering the proposal outline schedule and ensure that the proposal is compliant, compelling, and persuasive in accordance with the solicitation and all referenced documents• Manage and update archival of the documents and proposals, presentation, brochures, and related documents• Involved in the submission of the proposal via electronic media, hard copy submission, and portal submission. • Responsible to develop and evolve customer-facing collaterals, standard templates, and toolsets, white papers, etc. in MS Office
