   Maintain documents for the complete materials and stores\\\\nmanagement\\\\n
   Co-ordination with Accounts Department for bill passing work\\\\n\\\\n
   To control receipt and issue of material from the corresponding stores.\\\\n
   Advance planning of requirement and receipts of materials with\\\\nminimum inventory.\\\\n
   Making sure that any deviation in the quality and quantity of incoming\\\\nmaterials is documented and explained. Any critical deviation should\\\\nbe investigated.\\\\n
   \\\\nreceipt of materials, monthly stock statement.\\\\n
   Perpetual stock verification for \"A\" class items, Calibration of balances\\\\non daily basis, updation of log-sheets as per SOP.\\\\n
   Dispensing of material as per the required quantity mentioned in the\\\\nBMR on FEFO/ FIFO basis as per SOP. Regular follow ups with QC\\\\ndept. for approval of materials.\\\\nPreparation & Review of SOPs as per requirement.\\\\nProviding In-house Training to subordinates as per SOP\'s on monthly\\\\nbasis.\\\\nMIS-Reports with importing raw data from ERP & generation of multiple MIS reports like nonmoving inventory, daily issuance to\\\\nproduction, work in progress, statistics & presentation on a weekly, daily and monthly basis.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
