I led a 0→1 capability launch for EV charging payment terminals, defining platform workflows for long-duration payment scenarios. I also drove a multi-market rollout across 19 African markets, aligning partner integrations, infrastructure readiness, and network requirements.This work exists inside dense, real-world systems.What appears as a simple tap, swipe, or click is actually a coordinated interaction between terminals, networks, institutions, and platforms, each operating under different constraints across regions.Working in that environment shaped how I think about product.I don’t just focus on what should be built. I focus on how systems behave under real-world conditions, and how technology, partners, and operations must come together for something to actually work at scale.Because of this, I move comfortably across layers, working with engineers on building the product, collaborating with partners, and translating technical complexity into decisions that senior executives can engage with directly.I’m particularly interested in building products where scale, complexity, and real-world constraints are not edge cases, but the problem itself.As technology makes building easier, I believe the real advantage is shifting toward judgment, deciding what should exist, and how it should work within complex systems.If you’re building in that space, I’d love to connect!
