Responsible for program management of new product development ensuring milestones and program requirements are completed according to the company schedule. Strong emphasis on the development, coordination and execution of cross functional projects impacting all aspects of new aircraft development, both technical and business related. Additional responsibilities include: • Developing, coordinating, and managing integrated program/project schedules and certification activities. • Interfaces with Sales, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Flight Test, Finance, and other organizations to ensure company milestones are completed according to program requirements and schedule. • Leading cross functional team of project managers to ensure detailed and consistent planning, resource allocation, and budgeting. • Developing a detailed management system for airplane development for integrated planning and execution. • Developing tools and processes for executive level transparency into program performance and execution.
