ABOUT VINH TON

I always strive for the best. I am continuously persistent in all areas, things that are hard or easy.I am a highly motivated individual and a very quick learner.Musically trained at the age of 3.Drama school at the age of 3 and was put on stage at the age of 4. Performed in 2 musicals (The King and I)(Miss Saigon) till the age of 8.Full-time studying, which included GCSE\'s, A-Level\'s and a BSc Degree in Mathematics (2:1).I started work in Store Planning and Procurement as a Maintenance Administrator at Estee Lauder Companies in 2013. It has been an amazing journey for me to end up in ELC. I am here to learn and to gain lots of experience. Design has always been a passion of mine and I am very grateful to have a chance to work with amazing, talented people in this department.I then began a new chapter in my life as the new business analyst for Estee Lauder. I want to thank a lot of people who have supported me. Thanks to everyone in store design and in Estee Lauder (brand) for giving me a great opportunity.Being the Business Analyst for 6 years it has taught me a lot which led me to becoming a leader in this role. I am working at a senior level, but also managing my fellow colleagues across all data platforms within the business. Responsibility has definitely grown since year 1 and I am privileged to be working among some amazing people who have taught me so much.Music has always been a part of my life.
