Throughout my career, I’ve focused on not just implementing new systems and processes, but on truly optimizing how finance run, standardizing processes, unlocking value, and making sure teams actually feel the benefit of the changes we make. Along the way, I’ve led improvements across the finance function, from reducing manual processes, accelerating the financial close to refining record-to-report, procure-to-pay, fixed assets, and order-to-cash processes.I work closely with C-suite leaders, Private Equity sponsors, Accounting and FP & A, cross functional teams, and technology/strategy partners to bridge strategy with hands-on execution.Highlights from my experience include:• I led the development and execution of our full Financial transformation strategy, roadmapping, budgeting, and building strong governance so we’re always modernizing and staying one step ahead.• I’ve overseen the rollout of top-tier platforms like Planful, Hyperion, BlackLine, Coupa, HighRadius, Graphite, Trovata, OneSource, Avalara and Data Lake/PowerBI. Achieved quantifiable results: 70%+ reduction in manual budgeting effort, 80%+ auto-certified reconciliations and 95% less manual bank matching, and over 65% automation of cash collection/application.• With SAP S/4HANA, I’ve managed global teams throughout large-scale implementations, coordinating across regions, ensuring alignment on best practices, and providing continued support post go-live to make sure the transformation delivers long-term business impact.• I ran Value Stream Mapping workshops across Finance and Order to Cash to pinpoint pain points, eliminate manual work, and deliver optimization strategies. My experience extends to managing multiple M&A projects within complex ERP environments, navigating complex integrations, harmonizing business processes, and ensuring a seamless transition for both technology and people.• Focused on Automating and simplifying finance processes by implementing RPA across R2R, AP, and O2C.• I’ve rolled out comprehensive Change management and training to make sure people actually embrace new tools and ways of working and that the value sticks.Stepping up to lead the Separation Management Office gave me hands-on experience driving cross-functional transformation at a pivotal moment, partnering shoulder-to-shoulder with our advisors to ensure every detail and milestone mapped back to bigger picture finance objectives.
