Responsibilities as IT Architect • Work with Business and Technology teams to define project requirements, scope, and reach agreement on delivery process and schedule• Act as an expert for infrastructure teams in the plan, design, and delivery of complete MDM solutions• Lead project teams in analysis of business needs, solution proposal, and delivery of SOTI One product implementations• Led customer-facing technical engagements to drive adoption of SOTI One across enterprise clients. • Partnered with stakeholders to define cloud transformation journeys and migration strategies. • Performed multiple migrations of SOTI ONE products/applications, including on-premise to on-premise, on-premise to client-owned Google Cloud Platform (GCP), as well as to Azure and AWS environments. • Provide consultancy on projects and ensure smooth transition to Operations teams. • Interface with Product teams and drive the development of custom solutions. • Partnered with clients to assess use cases and design integration workflows between third-party providers and SOTI ONE products. Executed end-to-end integrations, collaborated with development teams to align application capabilities with customer needs, authored technical and procedural documentation, and facilitated knowledge transfer sessions for peer Infrastructure Architects within the Professional Services team.• Delivered product training and onboarding sessions for new team members to accelerate ramp-up and ensure consistent knowledge transfer.• Collaborated with the product development team to review architectural designs, providing feedback to align solutions with customer goals and business outcomes. • Reviewed delivery processes, shared feedback to improve discovery calls, and streamlined work order execution to enhance efficiency and increase customer satisfaction.
