With over 36 years of experience across FMCG, Retail, Media, and Consulting, I’ve been privileged to work in industries that shape consumer behaviour and drive business transformation. My 12+ years in the C-suite taught me that strategy combines foresight and empathy, revealing that sustainable growth thrives where innovation and people converge. In my recent chapter as a professionalpreneur, I have channelled these experiences into transformative consulting engagements. I collaborate with organisations to co-create clarity, whether through sharper go-to-market strategies, marketing transformation, or helping leaders reconnect with their purpose. My journey has also led me into business and executive coaching, where I work closely with senior leaders, founders, and high-potential talent to navigate complexity, build self-awareness, and lead with clarity and conviction. Whether guiding a quiet recalibration or a bold next move, my coaching practice is rooted in empathy, strategic foresight, and the realities of leading through change. What drives me is an unwavering commitment to lifelong learning. From Aeronautical Engineering at PAMEC to a BA in Humanities at Punjabi University Patiala, I have always embraced a diverse learning journey.
