Led a team of 30+ engineers and 4 tech leads to transform a prototype into a production-ready product, delivering major release within 6 months. Collaborated with partner teams in Jira, Identity, Enterprise Storage and 3P Apps and drove security and compliance initiatives to ensure a GA product.Led large-scale enterprise migrations—including customers with 50k+ licenses and 300M+ entities—through strong cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, and customer teams.
