Vineetha is the co-founder of Samvad Partners, a full-service law firm with a pan-India presence. She has done B.A.LLB (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore and has completed the Infrastructure in a Market Economy Program at Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government. Before the formation of #Samvad, Vineetha was a Partner for over a decade at AZB & Partners, where she handled their private equity, infrastructure, banking & finance, and funds\' practice. Vineetha began her career at ICICI Bank Limited, Mumbai, in 1998 before joining AZB & Partners in 2001. Vineetha has extensive experience in advising clients on private equity investments, cross-border and domestic M&A, and banking and financing transactions, including project finance, corporate finance, microfinance, securitization, structured products, and pre-litigation strategies. Vineetha also regularly advises clients on issues arising out of corporate governance, domestic anti-corruption laws & foreign anti-corruption laws such as the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, 1977 and the UK Bribery Act, 2010, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private equity & financing transactions. Vineetha has been recognised by various global ranking associations for the work done over two decades. She has been inducted into, having been recommended as practice area for the past 12 years.
