Build and enhance Salesforce via configuration and customisation (APEX, APIs etc) Build and enhance and the AWS serverless API layer leveraging node.js, lambda, API gateway, DynamoDB and other serverless capability Integrate with external systems using AWS technology Develop the back-end Sales, Fulfilment and Billing technology – Salesforce, Zuora, Ingenico, GoCardless, Product Catalogue, Entitlement Creation, 3PL Integration, Installer Integration (WMIS) Ensure the Sales/Service Platform technologies are performing and evolving in such a way to provide an excellent sales/service journeys for customers across web, app, call centre and partner sales Ensure optimal monitoring and reliability of the Sales platform to prevent revenue impact. Enhance the Customer API to protect the SaaS platforms by leveraging caching/queueing etc in AWS over time as Centrica Home Solutions scales Familiar with working in a SCRUM based environment - working with Product Owners, frequent releases etc Technical Capabilities Integration experience – the platform involves multiple integrated systems and 3rd parties Salesforce Platform experience, and ability to configure and develop/customise Zuora experience an advantage Limited AWS Serverless experience – API Gateway, Lambda, Dynamo etc. How to leverage AWS as appropriate alongside Salesforce and Zuora to support digital platform integration (web/app etc) and handle scale Understanding of Sales lifecycle and product modelling – propositions, offers, subscriptions etc. Understanding of key fulfilment concepts – SKUs, Warehouse concepts etc Understanding of metrics required to measure Sales technology effectiveness to ‘close the loop’ and constantly optimise activity Ideally understanding of multi-channel sales activity using Next Best Action tools.
