About Vineeth Sasidharan

Phd in Optical Science and Engineering with expertise in interferometric lithography and experience in large area nanopatterning. I have experience in designing and implementation of optical systems for nanolithography with 4 years of experience in cleanroom tools and operations. Also had the opportunity to work in optical fiber draw tower along with exposure to development of optical fiber sensors and fiber lasers. I currently hold two granted U.S. patents. Am always willing to learn new concepts,open to new ideas and enjoys team work. Experience in - Dry etching ( ICP and RIE), Wet etching, E-beam metal Deposition, PECVD, Scanning Election Microscopy (SEM), Ellipsometer, Profilometer- simulation and fabrication of diffraction phase mask with tailored diffraction efficiency - Matlab, Lumerical, Zemax(basics), LabVIEW ( basics), Python
