I am currently working as a Senior Engineer-1 in Process Development role at Moderna. Previously worked as Process Engineer in Advanced Manufacturing Tech (AMT) division of Brewer Science. The job focus was towards Research and Development of New Processing Technology, Scale-Up, Product and Process Characterization, Continuous Improvement of Products and Processes.My Ph.D. research focus was on the performance evaluation of Industrial hydrotreater reactor. The evaluation is achieved by scale-down of the industrial-scale to a pilot-scale reactor, development of measurement techniques to obtain multi-scale flow parameters, cold flow experimentation, modeling, and CFD simulations. Successfully estimated reactor design and operating parameters of this reactor for improved performance.
