Handling and motivating the team of Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, Sales executive for direct sales for Life insurance for Delhi & N.C.R• Handling the administration and operations of all branches and generate business for life Insurance through the sales team.• Responsible for managing the branch profitability, ensuring high quality service & customer relationship management. • Formulate and implement Distribution Plan for the Unit for achieving business targets of sales unit.• Responsible for guiding the team and ensure that targets are achieved on month on month.• Interaction and monitoring the team on daily basis and development of leaders with in group. • Ensure that sales team undergo proper training on product, regulations and other selling inputs.• Set and monitor clear objectives to achieve the agreed sales targets for the unit.• Ensures the team members are fully trained and also personally key training.• Ensures high motivation level and retention of manpower• Support and train the sales managers and sales executives by making joint calls.• Evaluate opportunities to maximize business growth for the unit.• Directly manage teams comprising team leads and analysts.• Managing overall revenue creation initiatives for the all branches.• Managing and increasing productivity of the sales team.• Maintaining performance reports on weekly and monthly basis.• Responsible for controlling attrition and maintaining quality of sales.
