Job responsibilities: Cold calling and converting leads into walk-ins. The company is into real estates and brokerage and the core duties involve sales and marketing of on site properties and projects in Mumbai and India. I\'ve handled the Mumbai (Jogeshwari, Oshiwara and Palghar) regions so far and was successful in getting walk-ins to the site. On successful conversion of a walk-in into a sale the sales team gets proper incentives and commissions as well. The projects were luxury flats with celebrity lifestyle amenities etc and were around the price range of 1 crore plus. It\'s a proper sales managerial role with regular duties involving cold calling, follow-ups, conversions. client meetings and attending property expos and trade fairs as well. It\'s in short a B2C role.
