A Six Sigma certified R&D leader with over 28 years of experience in the agrochemical industry, held several leadership positions in the area of product development, PS & R (Product Support & Renewal), registration and regulatory affairs etc at country, Asia Pacific and global level.My core competencies include developing and implementing innovation strategies, setting strategic direction for R&D activities, driving and executing the product development pipeline, managing and mentoring teams of highly skilled professionals, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver value-added solutions for the customers and the business.
