I have close to 17 years of experience in supply chain management and the quick service restaurant industry. With a background in Hotel Management and an MBA in Hospitality Management, I have built a strong foundation in operations, customer service, and business management.I began my career at Domino’s Pizza (Jubilant Food Works India) as a Shift Manager in 2008 and progressed to District Manager within seven years. At Domino\'s, I gained expertise in delivery optimization, driving revenue growth, maintaining high service and product standards to enhance customer experience, managing customer escalations, and overseeing people and inventory management to minimize waste.For the past 9.5 years, I have been an integral part of Amazon’s operations. I started as a Station Manager in last-mile delivery, transitioned to fulfillment as an Area Manager, and was later promoted to L6 Operations Manager. Throughout my tenure at Amazon, I have developed expertise in warehouse management, logistics, supply chain operations, reverse logistics, transportation, and vendor management.My diverse experience in both hospitality and e-commerce enables me to drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and deliver customer-centric solutions in dynamic environments.
