I’m a design leader who builds teams that deliver meaningful work consistently, and at scale.I’ve spent my career leading designers across levels, setting clear vision, developing strong leaders, and creating accountability around craft, outcomes, and collaboration. I care deeply about how design organizations work: how decisions get made, how quality holds as complexity grows, and how teams stay aligned without slowing down.I’m most energized by ambiguous, high-impact problems and enjoy partnering closely with product, engineering, and data to turn strategy into experiences that last. Much of my work is about designing systems and not just screens, so that the experiences feel intentional rather than accidental.Lately, I’m focused on how AI and intelligent systems can improve experiences in ways that feel useful, responsible, and human.I believe great design leadership is equal parts clarity, trust, and momentum.
