Perform Bank reconciliation every month in Yardi application and ensure to make Zero with nowrong adjustment apart from that i have to cleared all open items and posted the manual journals. Review budget comparision, expense distribution, payroll entries and other accounting documents research and resolve discrepancy. Responsible to complete all workday trainings me and my team members within timelines. Post journal entries related to operating and depository accounts payments and posted accrual JEfor management fees, provision for doubtful debts etc. Post Support fees, Payroll Je and Purchase Card payments draft in yardi within timelines. Close all properties AME within SLA and send email to PA with attached closing propertyscreenshots. Responsible for weekly bank activities for all assigned properties. Taking calls from PA on daily basis and check and resolve all the issues and meet all expectations. Prepare FCF (Financial change form) and process Accrual, Contract, Utility and Reclass part andupload the same in Yardi after that check 12th month income statement to review the whole FCFmight be something missing any GL from my end. Process balancesheet support schedule and in current year tab checked or updated all GL balancesand post the recurring journal. Review fixed assets, placing assets in service and depreciation. Working on NYL properties and prepare distributions and financial packages. Working on MOR and saved all fetched all details reports and saved in Nasuni (Shared folder) forfuture refrence. Working on entrata properties and prepared all 30 trust accounts bank reconciliations and ensureto make Zero with no incorrect adjustments. Responsible for month end closing for the whole team and checked/review for all the properties hasbeen closed in the right time or within SLA and also checked as team has informed to his alignedPA
