I have been instrumental in driving strategic initiatives thatalign with EDC’s broader organizational goals. I have led the development and implementation of digitaltransformation strategies that foster efficiency and alignmentacross departments, ensuring each project aligns withorganizational objectives and adds measurable value to ourstakeholders. A core aspect of my role has involved establishing robustproject and program controls, incorporating standards andmetrics that drive consistency, accountability, andtransparency across initiatives. By setting these controls andmetrics, I have enabled EDC to assess performanceeffectively, adjust for continuous improvement, and ensureall projects adhere to established governance frameworks. My focus on defining clear KPIs and performance standardshas not only facilitated improved tracking and reporting butalso empowered teams with the insights needed to optimizeprocesses and deliver results. Moreover, I have worked extensively on fosteringorganizational alignment through stakeholder engagementand cross-functional collaboration. By aligning initiatives with the strategic vision of seniorleadership, I have helped create a cohesive approach todigital modernization that promotes consistency, innovation,and sustainable growth across EDC’s services. On a leadership level I am responsible for the capabilitydevelopment for the teams I lead and enabling them forimplementation of the Agile WoW across EDC.
