Project involves Project Generation with heat input through Solar thermal, Biomass Fired Boiler and Gasifier.Also Steering the OPEX (Operation Efficiency important initiative/Business Process Management office) since April 2010 – involved in the projects on improvements on delivery, cost, and quality. Responsible for establishment, review, audit, amendment of various operational processes for each department of the Group and at Site. Also carried out internal assessment of various process of All Power plant SBU in the division. Many of Improvement suggestions have been accepted positively by HOD and team members for further action with POA.
