I led the development of comprehensive product requirements for Amazon Pay’s risk management solutions, including system s for Chargebackprevention and First Party Abuse detection. My work also involved spearheading the creation of innovative Generative AI applications for financial risk products, such asautomated chatbots and intelligent document generation. I orchestrated large-scale transformation program s that spurred business growth and technological advancements acrossdevelopment, operations, and sales functions, while also building and leading an elite team of 11 Risk Managers focused on investigating high-stakes product authenticity incidentslike counterfeiting and safety violations.
