As Director of Strategic Initiatives, I partner with the Executive Director to lead strategic programming, systems transformation, and cross-county coordination at Beloved Village. I oversee fidelity to our program model, support outcome tracking and evaluation, and provide training and capacity building for staff statewide.Key Responsibilities & Highlights-Lead Family Finding and Engagement efforts for Bay Area youth navigating juvenile justice and foster care systems-Drive housing strategy and pilot emergent interventions for system-impacted girls and gender-expansive youth-Support organizational fundraising and cultivate strategic partnerships-Provide direct service and case support during program transitions to ensure continuity of care-Facilitate data audits and evaluation partnerships to strengthen program accountability-Identify opportunities for Beloved staff to present at conferences and represent our work statewideMy work bridges direct care, systems strategy, and policy advocacy to advance a future where youth and families are met with dignity, not punishment.
