Formed and launched Cambridge Consulting Group in August 2020. Immediately successful consulting firm for emergency medical services and medical transportation services, with over 25 advisors and dozens of clients. Continued growth since inception, already exceeding $1M in revenue, and returning clients. From 1990 until 2019, I served as MONOC’s President & CEO, responsible for the executive management of three health care companies within the MONOC Group. In that time the corporations grew to over 25 member hospitals. MONOC dramatically expanded the wide range of serves it provided. I am now retired from MONOC, effective June, 2019. It was my honor and privilege to have led such a dedicated group of healthcare professionals. Formerly, I served in the administration of Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA, and with the NJ State Department of Health’s Office of EMS. I am a Fellow with The American College of Health Care Executives and a Fellow with the American College of Paramedic executives. I was also one of NJ\'s first Paramedics, certified in 1977. I have lectured for NEMSMA, the NJ State First Aid Council, the NJ Medical Transportation Association, and University of Maryland at Baltimore\'s E.M.S. program, the Ocean and Camden County paramedic programs, as well as many other academic and professional bodies. I have appeared as an expert on EMS on CourtTV®, provided consulting services in EMS and medical transportation, and designed several such systems. I have also authored numerous articles on the management and financing of complex healthcare delivery systems, especially EMS and medical transportation systems, appearing in such publications as JEMS. In 1993, I received the American College of Healthcare Executive’s “Early Career HealthCare Executive” award. In 2005, I was recognized by both a Governor’s Proclamation and a joint resolution by the NJ Assembly and Senate for my contributions to the EMS industry. I have also served on many boards, task forces and oversight groups in healthcare, EMS, charity service and local community groups, including the American Red Cross, Lifeline and my local School Board. I\'ve held elected office in Westampton Township, NJ, and served as Councilman and Deputy Mayor.
