Partner in the Deal Advisory & Strategy practice Our Distressed Supplier Advisory Team generates proactive, strategic solutions that identify, quantify and manage supplier risk to reduce cost within the supply chain for our clients/customers. Our team provides a full spectrum of services from proactive such as commodity studies, new supplier assessments, and supplier consolidation to reactive in times of supplier crisis including on-site intervention to minimize financial exposure and ensure continuity of production. I also provide hands-on leadership to distressed and under-performing entities to help improve cash flows/liquidity, negotiate with stakeholders, develop strategic goals, and implement comprehensive turnaround plans that increase value. Throughout my career I have experience with transaction advisory/due diligence engagements in an M&A setting that minimize/highlight risk and identify areas of opportunity/value for corporate clients, private equity firms and lenders. Extensive industry experience within the manufacturing sector with emphasis on automotive and aerospace/defense industry.
