ABOUT VINCENZO RIBAUDO
My name is Vincenzo Ribaudo, a passionate architect from Italy. My desire to explore new cultures has led me to live in various countries, including Sweden and Germany. In Sweden, I had the opportunity to specialize in interior architecture, which enriched my professional journey significantly. In Germany, while working at AECOM, I succeeded in the position as a Workspace Design Specialist, further honing my expertise in creating functional and innovative work environments. Since 2021, I\'ve been working at GOLDBECK West in Düsseldorf, where I embarked on an enriching adventure that significantly contributed to my personal and professional growth. I\'ve been involved in interesting projects, following my professional path in office planning, as well as projects involving schools and private housing.Throughout my career, I\'ve experienced a multitude of interrelations and influences, particularly between Scandinavian design and both modern and traditional approaches. These encompassed German pragmatism and minimalism, as well as the bold and colorful Southern European style. My experiences at IKEA in Sweden and my work at AECOM in Germany have provided valuable new insights for the development of my vision and goals.My work begins with analyzing the specific requirements and objectives of the project. I strive to maximize the functionality of the space by optimizing the use of available space and integrating practical solutions that facilitate everyday life. Furthermore, it is important to me to promote the comfort and well-being of people. This includes aspects such as considering lighting, room climate, acoustics, and ergonomics to create a pleasant and healthy environment where people feel comfortable and can work effectively.Interior architecture should evoke emotions. This fundamental belief drives my vision. In my mind, the idea matures of how I can create not just simple spaces, but vibrant living spaces through interior design that tell stories and evoke memories.
